LEDGERCARE recognizes the value and obligations of our relationships with our clients, the communities in which we operate bankers, as well as our competitors.  We hereby set forth the standards which will guide our relations with each of these constituents.

Clients

Our clients are the cornerstone of our business, and client satisfaction is the measure of our success.  Our relationships with clients will be marked by the highest levels of trust, ethical behavior, communication and responsiveness to their needs.  Our services will meet superior levels of quality and care, as defined by the expectations of our clients.

LEDGERCARE will conduct business in such a way as to justify fully the continued goodwill and trust of our clients.  We will endeavor to provide the client with all information requested to permit the client to make a purchase decision which solves the client's current and anticipated business needs and to provide services that are useful, reliable and appropriate for the client's needs, and fairly priced.  In calling on clients, we will accurately represent our identity, authority and the purpose of our call.  We will represent services and their prices accurately, making sure that the client understands both his and our obligations under the terms of our engagement and our obligations under the law.  Likewise, advertising and other promotional materials must truly present our services.  We will enter no financial arrangements with clients, explicit or implied, involving kickbacks or other illegal activities.

Representatives of our organization shall provide no gifts, favors or entertainment to clients, or other persons, except as in accordance with accepted business practices and ethical standards and in compliance with applicable laws.  Under permissible circumstances, the value of such gifts, favors, or entertainment should be sufficiently limited so that they should not be misconstrued as bribes or payoffs and so that their public disclosure would in no way compromise or embarrass the organization.

Communities

We recognize the importance to the well being of our communities.  Our relationship with the communities will be marked by thorough communication of all relevant matters and integrity in meeting public concerns.

LEDGERCARE and all its representatives must fully comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the community, state, nation or other political subdivision in which we conduct business.  In so doing, we are responsible to understand the laws that apply to our business.  Where such laws appear ambiguous, we must seek clarification through legal counsel.  In all respects, we will conduct ourselves in a manner that is mindful of the well-being of the community, state, or nation in which we represent the organization.

Bankers

The short-term and long-term performance objectives of LEDGERCARE ensure the prompt repayment of all loans, allowing for the continued confidence of our bankers.  The highest level of prudence and fiscal conservatism will guide our investment and spending decisions.  We will invest funds only on those projects outlined in our business plan, except in cases where prior approval is obtained.

Competitors

It is the intention of LEDGERCARE to compete vigorously for business, base on the strength of its offerings to clients and not on any real or perceived deficiencies on the part of its competitors.  Legal, ethical, and moral considerations dictate that competitive marketing activities be conducted fairly and honestly.

We will sell our services on the basis of the quality of our services, and our total ability to serve the client and not on deficiencies on the part of our competitors.

We will refrain from unfairly criticizing competitors' service, personnel, pricing, or company, either by direct statement or innuendo.

We will never attempt to induce a client to cancel a contract with a competitor except in accordance with the provisions for cancellation in the contract.
